  • Individual targeted audits on specific areas of concern such as mealtimes, culture or dignity and respect.

  • An unbiased complaints investigation service looking at individual complaints or trends and look at solutions and lessons learnt.

  • An in depth pre CQC inspection visit looking whether your service is Safe, Effective, Caring, Responsive and Well-Led. I will provide an action plan and recommendations for improvement.

  • I offer a bespoke service to check the quality of the service you are providing and can target specific areas such as infection control or the environment for example.

  • I can ensure that all staff responsible for care plan writing are fully trained in devising a person-centred care plan focusing on the clients individual needs.

  • I offer staff mentoring especially for newly appointed Registered Managers. I provide the support and knowledge to develop them in their new role.

  • Sometimes a totally independent investigation is required. I can fully investigate any grievances and offer an impartial decision.

  • I offer a full review of all aspects of daily living and give recommendations on improvements required
