I have spent the last 24 years within the care industry and have had to develop my skills to implement improvements when legislation changed. I have always strived to put the service users I was responsible for at the core of my planning. My goal was always to develop my team and give them the skills to give person centred care.

I was the owner of a care business consisting of 182 residential care beds, 40 bungalows in a care village and 250 staff. I have a wealth of knowledge of all aspects of running a care home business from CQC visits, governance, grievances, complaints and staffing issues.

In the Spring of 2020 I sold my business and am now looking to use my knowledge and skills I have gained throughout my career to help you in your business.
